About Me

I am pursuing a BS in Computer Science as a Turing Scholar at the University of Texas at Austin.

My academic interests are centered around Compilers and Concurrency. I am expanding Monomer (my programming language) to natively support concurrency.

My two overarching goals are 1. to make both software more efficient (become more less of a power hungry monster) and 2. to make software development less bug-prone.

Outside of academics, I have been playing the piano for 13 years. My favorite composition is Beethoven’s Appassionata (though my favorite composer is Liszt). I also draw. I try to post my more recent drawings on this site.
